Booking forms collect your name, email, birth date, birth time, birthplace, appointment selection, and any reading questions you choose to include. Numerology orders collect your name, email, and birth date. Account registration uses your email, password, and chosen name.
If you report a payment, we store the transaction reference and confirmation status. PayPal handles payment processing; our forms do not collect your card number.
5DGIRL is operated by Silver, also known as Silver Lex. Your details help Silver prepare and deliver your reading, match your payment, manage your booking, and respond to questions. Birth and booking details are not published on the website. Corrections made in your account are saved with the time of the change and flagged for Silver to review.
Necessary cookies and session storage support sign-in and checkout. We save your cookie choice in your browser for up to 180 days. External videos and remotely hosted article photos load only after you enable optional media. No optional analytics or advertising trackers are currently installed.

The website uses Cloudflare hosting and storage, Supabase for account authentication, PayPal for checkout, and Discord for astrology calls. These services process information needed to provide their features under their own privacy terms. Optional external media connects your browser with YouTube and the image hosts identified in photo credits. Those providers can receive your IP address and browser information when the media loads.
Sign-in uses secure session cookies. Your browser may also keep a private checkout reference in session storage so you can return to your booking. Keep private checkout and PDF links to yourself.
The live sky chart uses the city you search for or your device location if you choose to share it. City searches go through our server to Open-Meteo; device coordinates are used in the current chart. We do not add that chart location to your reading record. Hosting and security services may process technical request information to deliver and protect the site.
The Help widget uses prepared FAQ answers in your browser. It does not send your questions to an AI service or save a chat history on our server. If you choose to email support, the message is handled by your email service and the support mailbox.
If you submit a review, your display name, rating, and review may appear publicly after moderation. Your email is not shown with your review. Only reviews matched to a confirmed purchase are labelled verified.
The newsletter signup stores your name, email, and consent separately from booking. Booking does not automatically subscribe you. Email info.astrologygirl@gmail.com if you want to be removed from the mailing list.
Sign in with your booking email to view and correct birth details under My account → Reading information. Details are kept as needed to prepare and deliver readings, handle support and payment matters, and meet applicable obligations.
For other corrections, privacy questions, or a request to delete your information, info.astrologygirl@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained for payment or legal obligations.
Access controls and private links are used to limit access to reading information. No online service can promise absolute security. Please keep sign-in details and private links confidential, and contact support if you believe someone has accessed your account.
