Reading policy.

Payments & refunds

All astrology and numerology reading payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Your appointment

Please be ready at your scheduled reading time. There is a 10-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late or do not attend, your reading is forfeited and your payment will not be refunded, except where required by law.

This appointment policy applies to scheduled astrology readings. Numerology PDF readings do not require an appointment.

Your birth information

Please double-check your birth date, birth time, and birthplace before submitting. If you make a mistake, sign in with the same email you used to book and open My account → Reading information to correct it.

Corrections are flagged for Silver to review. A previously prepared report does not update automatically when you change your details. Correcting a numerology birth date disables its previous download link until Silver reviews and releases an updated report.

Payment confirmation

An astrology date is held for 30 minutes while you complete checkout. After paying, return to your checkout page and submit your transaction reference. Silver checks the payment before confirming the reading and sharing your Discord link.

For numerology, Silver confirms payment and reviews your report before releasing your private PDF download.
